Ted, And you know this because you have how many children? Zero, but I've got plenty of friends and coworkers with children, and I would be suspicious if any of them allowed their 13-year-olds to have "consentual sex." Don't you think that's a little young? Yes, I think its young and that most children will not have sex at that age. Having said that, there are some kids who tend to be more advanced. And they tend to be more advanced usually because there is incest within the family. Frankly, I would prefer that we focused on that issue more closely and stopped worrying about whether a kid got to third base or not. BTW, it is not a crime to get to third base or even to go all the way home except when it isn't consensual. ted
