I really don't have an opinion. I think in that case, if you were the judge, it would come down to the facts and the law- and honestly, I don't know either. I see the need to put people down when they are brain dead and are sucking down scarce medical resources- after all, we don't have enough to give minimal care to some children in America, it's hard to justify giving lots of medical attention to what is basically an animated corpse. On the other side of the equation, you don't want to see people who don't want to die, and who could recover, being euthanized against their will.

I don't have a black and white view of the subject. I'm somewhere in the middle, and I would probably decide cases (if I had to, and thank goodness I don't) looking in great detail at the medical facts and recommendations, and the law.
