Hi Buddy,

Yup it is frustrating to say the least.

I think this inventory correction is a very strict control of the pipeline.

Supply chain management has really gotten control of excess inventories.

We're seeing guru's second guess quarters by monthly increments.

All in all it adds up to NO MAJOR DECLINES and a much too closely watched quarter over quarter sequential growth.

We're in a very rational reinvestment period where overinvestment was at an all time high (2000) and the entire global market is once bit twice shy.

I say that is exactly how it should be.

Let the winners of the best equipment sort out the losers.

My bet is it will begin to be much clearer by the end of this year.

I remember when SBSE prewarned and the orders came in "at a final and surprising rate and they hit their original number.

If I recall that was right when Rance bought in.

These guys work PR like noone I've ever seen - it is usually the perfect buy time.

P.S. Go to website and check out all the FPGA products - Altera and Xilinx both outperforming - FPGA is a better than average growth sector.

Also note the recent addition of SDR Software Defined Radio.The next wave of military wireless communication.

No doubt homeland defense as well all on big MARGINS!!

These guys are good - but it will take tiem to get communications going again.
