Since the 5 and 10 Year Rates really only just started rising in mid-February, I can only assume the same data will show a further rise in DOM and a further fall in Sales over the next several months in San Diego and Vegas on a Year-over-Year basis...

At this point the only thing to ponder is predicting when we start to read about median price declines on an annual basis in bubble markets... I will guess that that will occur in June...
