Hi Jack, Pete and others.

Remember that Tandem Capital does not determine the development of the public companies, we provide news dissemination for them. We tell the story and spread the word the best we can on the news the companies give us and the budget the companies provide. We as well as you would like more exposure, and we have recommended a number of different advertising mediums to the management of ZUS/USO.

The 350 BPD is decent. Based on $20 per barrel and 360 production days per year (which is a little generous considering wells fluctuate and may not always produce 350 per day) the gross cash flow for one year would be approximately $2,520,000. Considering both stocks combined have about 14 million shares outstanding, the gross cash flow per share would be $0.18 per share. In the oil & gas industry, companies usually trade anywhere between 3 and 7 times gross cash flow per share.

The multiple figure usually depends upon how aggressively the company is increasing their production flow and how aggressively they are marketing themselves. We believe that Doug Humphries will continue to find oil and the numbers will continue to get better.

One thing we see happening is that a lot of shareholders want the companies to be drilling more often and to have news more often. We have expressed this to management as well and they have repeatedly advised us that they are working as fast as humanly possible in
order to improve the production numbers.

Considering the legalities of forced pooling agreements and the availability of drill rigs etc., this could very well be the case. We have passed all the information available to us on to all of you. If you have any questions that we can not answer, we encourage you to
call the company to get them. There number is 604-273-1987 and ask to speak to Owen Richman, the President. If you still are not satisfied, please contact us and we will see what we can do for you.

Regards,
Charles Desjardins
