Look at the first graph in Section 2, the athe graph just above figure 2 near the bottom. A whole different perspective in the matter. marktaw.com Discussing the raw numbers is like saying a family that has an income of $500,000 a year and a debt of $50,000 is worse of than a family that has an income of $30,000 a year and a debt of $30,000.
