I contacted Chemtrak customer service today asking about availability of Parent's Alert and found out that they have just begun sending shipments to their distributor. Being that the case, there should soon be a press release announcing availability at one or more major chains. How long does it typically take to get products from the distribution pipeline and out onto store shelves? It was nice to see that Chemtrak management stuck to their earlier announced delivery schedule for Parents Alert of Summer 1997. I also tried to call the 1-800 number for Parents Alert down in GA. Don't know what this indicates, but there was no answer. I figured that, as part of the agreement with Chemtrak, Parents Alert would no longer be taking orders. So, now Chemtrak has three products in distribution and a fourth waiting in the wings. Yes, waiting... What is with Astra Merck anyway? They move so slowly. Bill
