These 5 or so announcements of lawsuits are all related to the same general accusations against the company. Regardless of the outcome, one should understand that all these law firms are simply vying for position to represent sharegholders and are jockeying for position in the courts. All revolve around the same general accusation. Don't be surprised if perhaps another one or two law firms try to get their names in the hat.

As stated in response to one of the earlier filings:
" Einstein/Noah Bagel Corp said Monday that a class action lawsuit filed against it was "groundless" and that it would defend itself "vigorously."
