Nashville Country Club (soon to be TBA Entertainment Corporation) is showing some volume increases and price swings, after sinking to about $ 3.50 per share. If anyone attends the shareholder's meeting in Breckenridge, CO, on Monday (9/8/97), post your impressions. The annual report shows significant long-term debt, with current liabilities exceeding current assets by almost $ 2 million. The proxy statement notes that Chairman, CEO and President, T.J. Weaver waived 1/2 of his 1996 salary to, "assist the Company's cash flow position."
The most recent quarter was profitable, which is a plus. Will this company be able to manage their vision as an integrated entertainment and resort corporation, meeting long-term debt obligations and staying profitable? Bill Turnage
