Hariri's assassination was a one of a kind.

There had to have been insiders involved in it, but are the Syrians that DUMB to have planned an attack so meticulously without considering the inevitable outcome?

It wouldn't have taken a genius to know that they were creating a martyr and hurting their own position in Lebanon.
