Have to agree with you Rob. I was able to use yesterday's move for a nice trade. Long term, the company faces massive dilution if they can avoid reorganization that will severely impact or eliminate the common.

That's not to say that there aren't great trading days like yesterday left.

I was once a bull on the company. They had great contacts in South America and elsewhere and opportunity to grab market share ahead of WiMax. Your comment on their incompetence is spot on.

I once thought they would be taken over but they are not really WiMax at this point and a larger company really would not gain much from an acquistion, particularly now as their reputation has suffered over the past 2 months.
