"You have a definition for just killings? Please share it."

I haven't thought about it but off the top of my head, I can think of a few clear cut categories: 1) When it is the only means available to stop the perpetration of a heinous crime, 2) In an act of self-defense, 3) A soldier or police facing a combatant committed to deadly force, up to the time that the combatant is subdued. 4) A court ordered execution of a heinous criminal.

Number 4 is somewhat controversial. There may be some that didn't come to the top of my head, so I am open to discussing other categories.

Those seem pretty clear cut but there are also many grey areas where innocents are killed unintentionally. Grey meaning that in some cases an injustice exists, while in others we might more appropriately label it an unfortunate tragedy. Auto-accidents are grey because someone may be to some extent culpable (playing chicken, for example). A Doctor performing experimental surgery at the bequest of the patient, who then dies. Innocents caught in cross fire. etc. etc. etc.
