So you don't believe that Terri herself has the right to make that decision? Because that is what the case is about. It's not about someone making that decision for her, it is about Terri making that decision for herself.

At trial three witnesses testified that during her life Terri had told them that she did not want to be kept alive by artificial means. The court ruled the evidence was clear and convincing that she would not want to be kept alive through artificial means. Why not honor her wishes?

If she was a member of my family her feeding tube would have been removed years ago, I would not let people mistreat her as they have even if it meant going to prison.
