You mean: WMD capable technologies and technical equipment, 'WMD-related program technologies', etc., were perhaps sold --- to who knows what countries or groups. Sold? The "looters" knew exactly where to go and used heavy gear to move this equipment. Given the level of effort that was expended to take all of this equipment, I highly doubt that it was randomly "sold" to parties unknown. These "looters" had a purpose and most likely hid this specialized equipment for later use. JMO, but I don't think it's huge leap of faith to assume that WMD's had been produced in significant quantities given the magnitude of this specialized equipment. I think it's naive to assume otherwise. Diz-
