AVNT shares may continue to move up in anticipation of earnings announcement, BUT, the mm's in my opinion after a very lengthy conversation with Manuel Aensio strengthen's my confidence in my short position.

While the criminal release focus has been on the code, that is a mistake. The entire database is involved. The situation is a melt down, and I expect more information will become available after the next hearing.

This is the early stage of positioning oneself. The AVNT story per the
legal counsel investigating and researching this is very, very, VERY strong. The market makers will not be able to support this stock forever! Hope this explains the situation better.
