Ad management system for delivery of local ads is the cool part, I think. If it works well for Comcast, it should play anywhere (assuming nonexclusivity). The agreement also, of course, tends to promote Tivo's survival (if that was in question). <g> Tivo certainly seems to have as many lives as a cat.
