Watch the film the dissolution of our Civil Liberties which commenced with the USA Patriot Act which very few if any Senators read. It was passed at 3 am. and clauses which had been deleted were reinserted to be sure that we got every Muslim,reader of books that might be liberal,e mails intercepted on the Web for any that might be suspicious,ability to carry off and intern without lawyer or reasons given for anyone who might be suspicious... as pointed out by a neighbor no less ( hope you all have friendly neighbors ) ability to go into any personal records (in fact there is no such thing anymore) and so on.

Every one of our amendment rights has been violated if not distorted beyond reason thanks to this act which is some 400 pages I believe.

Nothing remains scared. Your rights as an individual, your right to privacy, your right not to have your home invaded without a warrant, your right to read the books you choose at the Library without having the list handed over to the government but the most important right.. to know why you might be arrested, to have the right to call a lawyer, to have the right to fair trial.. ALL those in Guantanamo.. many were hauled off who were respectable American Citizens but because they were ARAB they lost their rights. Just as did the Japanese in WW II who were ALL hauled off to camps. Some of these American Citizens who happened to have been Arabs were detained for over a year without counsel.. AND locked in solitary confinement and prevented from having visitors.. including lawyers and family members.

Americans wake up. To preserve our safety from TERRORISM we have created a terrorist State... with an unleashed government with unlimited powers.
