Tomorrow's MBAA mortgage app numbers will tell you whether the recent hike in interest rates has any impact on housing.

Don't forget all the homebuilders, especially Mr. Bob the-shorts-will-be-crushed Toll had repeatedly stated that interest rates do no matter.
