Also . . According to a Nokia Engineer

I recently spoke with a Nokia Engineer working in San Diego and he said the game is over as far as QCOM dominating the future of wireless industry. However, he said, and because of all the royalty money coming to the company, QCOM employees are becoming very lazy and they are no longer being creative.

I am not sure how much of this is true but that was his opinion.
