I'm not asking for any new laws, or breaking any old ones. I wouldn't expect to see a member of Hezbollah or the Communist Party appointed to the #2 spot in the Pentagon, not because it would be illegal, but because no one would accept it. To think of it is ridiculous. I'd like to see the same standards applied to extreme Zionists like Wolfowitz, Pearle and Feith. I'd like to see perceptions change where that was the norm.

I wish Israel no harm or favor, no more than any other country on Earth. I just really can't see why our foreign policy is so tilted twoard Israel, when the Arabs have all the oil that we need. It doesn't seem to be in our interest. The benefit of our ME policy is all in Israel's favor.

I'd LOVE to see an American President INSIST on enforcing UN resolution 242! (dismantle all illegal settlements, return to '67 borders) He'd be an instant hero in the Arab world.
