WOW! Great article Bill! Reading the quotes and hearing the stories gives me a chill. It's happening, do we dare speak of it openly yet?

The simple clarity of freedoms ring is shaking up millions of people in the Middle East. And it’s being recorded through your great articles on this thread for all of us to see and bear witness too.

Where are the cynical voices who lambasted Bush for being an unsophisticated fool to embrace such a naive policy in the Middle East? Where are all those intellectualists who believe nuance and moderation are the only way to change hearts and minds, and embolden people to take their destiny in their own hands?

There hiding under a rock now! Just as they hid under a rock when the Berlin Wall fell.

50 million people free and counting. Let's add another 4 million in Lebanon during the next 6 months. And why not another 76 million in Egypt during the next two years!

Let there be no mistake as history is written of this time, that our brave men and women did not die in vain in the sands of Baghdad and Afghanistan. They died for the same cause which ignited a small group of people to stand up to a King and claim their right to be free of oppression, that same cause which lit a candle the rest of the world saw and kept moving toward for hundreds of years.

I once said before the war with Iraq a simple quote summed up our motivation, "Free Iraq, protect America". I think it's time to change that slightly to "free the world, protect America".

It can't happen fast enough for me.
