There is an internationally recognized border. Also terrorism is not defined by borders. If Hezbollah only attacked the Israeli military (in Israel or in Lebanon while Israel was there) they would be guerilla warfare more than it is terrorism. Hezbollah has participated in guerilla warfare, but also in terrorism and also in non-violent politics. They may be more than just a terrorist group but that doesn't stop them from being a terrorist group. Tim
