I have no idea regarding NFLX's "bottom", but the lower it goes, the more interested I become.

Regarding your second set of comments, I'm not sure where you are coming from. Yes, from a marketing point of view, BBI is a formidable competitor since they have the "Customer" from that 4C or 5C point of view.

On the other hand, you also have to remember that BBI has many stores that it owns. Moreover, any decision that BBI corporate makes regarding their online initiatives has the opportunity to alienate their franchisees. As such, BBI has to be careful.

Regarding NFLX's "marketing", remember this is truly a variable cost and NFLX can "bleed" it's subs.
