There wasn't any technical reason to be in TIVO prior to today. In fact, I was looking at a chart of TIVO around 8AM and commented to myself that it needed to get above the 50 day moving average to attract my attention.

When I looked up a few minutes later at the CNBC ticker tape, I saw that TIVO was already up 50% in premarket. I then said I'm not chasing after it now in spite of it being above the 50 day moving average.

This was one of those that you had to be dumb enough to still be in and lucky enough that you were. Speaking from a technical point of view, you understand.
