That isn't the sense I get. And as the samples keep accumulating for the copper on China's doorstep, but not in China, and metallurgical coal lying on the surface 60 miles from a major smelter.... He isn't going to sell until he knows what is there, and so far it looks like a bonanza that just keeps proving bigger and bigger.
