DavesM, Laz, and Thread, Probably 20 to 25 years ago, a California Highway patrolman demonstrated with a slingshot and a mirror why he thought Oswald could have been the lone assassin and gotten those rounds off. According to him, Oswald faced away from the window, used the mirror to see the street behind him, and rigged the slingshot to activate the trigger. He further speculated that backlash of the slingshot caused the large bruise on Oswald's cheek. Can anyone on this thread elaborate on my memory and explain this better than I have? My theory?
