20 year olds in college probably do not want to have children but they have the ability to take care of children, at least most of them do. They are in general more capable of dealing with sexual issues and potential negative results of sex. I do think that most of them are ready for it, most 12 and 13 year olds are not.

I don't think anyone here has advocated that 12 year olds SHOULD have sex, so there's no reason to continue debating with no one.

My view is that, in general, more healthy sex is better than less, and policies should be enacted (and society's conservative values adjusted) to produce that result.

The discussion of at what age people are ready for sex, and what constitutes "healthy" sex are different that that topic, but related topics.
