"What you exercise, at a Federal level is a privelege. Whether it's a right, depends on the particular State"

All states in the United States allow citizens to own guns. Your word games aside, I say it is a right. So does the Constitution.

"You asked for the cases they could argue in the USSC and I gave you some."

Don't believe I did. You brought up the USSC nonsense, not me.

"You made an implication that the USSC refused to hear a 2nd amendment case"

I think I said that the USSC chooses what they will hear. I am sure that I did not bring up a specific case they would not hear. I think you like to bend what people say. Put up the quotes when you accuse me of saying something.

And again, you brought up the USSC. Some lame way to claim the NRA is really something they are not I think.

"All of your posts are completely devoid of any arguments on why the 2nd amendment is an individual right."

It says so right in the Constitution. Plain as day "the right of the people to keep and bear arms". Can't you read?

"And the conservative tactic of lying and deception was a spectacular success."

Some examples would be good. There is lying on both sides. I can name a lot on the dem side, and a few on the repub side. I think people that make unsubstantiated remarks like yours above are a bit paranoid.
