How is that bullish? Are you serious? This is an open market purchase by the Chairman of the Board, his first such purchase in quite a while. Who do you think knows more about CTIC and its prospects than this guy? I know its just a measly $25K, but I can think of no more bullish signal than perhaps a share buyback. It's not a guarantee, but a highly significant signal. Sam
