John, I am VERY concerned with the attitude of Democrats anymore over judges. It seems they dont give a rats ass about Judicial acumen but rather merely partisan politics. Our forefathers NEVER wanted judges involved in ANY kind of politics for ANY party, thats why they gave them LIFE terms, to free them from any political pressure. If we get PARTISAN judges with LIFE TENURE we are going to DESTROY OUR FORM OF DEMOCRACY and that is NO EXAGGERATION. jdn
