We're just going to get into another layer of detail, where you don't want to go....Probably, the more operative word is "guaranteed". You have a "Right" enumerated in the Constitution that is guaranteed.

I'm not positive of this, but I don't think cannibalism is illegal in the United States. At least I'm not aware of any law that bans cannibalism. But your Right to cannibalism is not guaranteed in the US Constitution. If, in fact, there is no law prohibiting cannibalism, you would say that you have a right to be a cannibal.
