Bring it on baby. This is the reason why I bought into these guys in the first place. They have the ability to come up with property with potential. I know there will be some properties dropped along the way just as I know there will be some properties that we will never hear about because they do not meet the size criteria that TK has set for themselves. But I figure they will come up with a great piece of property with the ,given time.

I like the model , I hope they stick to it .
