Seems SS/Loral thinks things are getting better - inside cover ad in AvWeek, (two weeks in a row) claiming to have secured 42% of new sat orders in 2004 (5 of 12).

Nice little clip from the portrayed article:
"BLS has said the company expects to emerge debt-free from Chapter 11 protection early in 2005"
