That didn't stop Clinton from drawing upon the Strategic Petroleum Reserve back in late 2000. What does that have to do with ANWR...I have noticed that everytime bush gives another gift to his crony friends you guys bring clinton into the discussion. I have seen clinton mentioned a lot lately...a lot of gifts. In the meantime, hybrids are selling out like crazy ... Maybe that's the answer...let the market drive the demand.
