An update: It takes them 2 business days, and it is a bit more expensive since they consider these as essentially 3 trades, plus transfer agent fees.

1) De-register the units from your name
2) Register the stock in you name
3) Register the warrants in your name

All-in-all it makes sense to really just buy the stock - which was your advice anyway, in one of your previous posts.
