How MVIS is like Y2K

I had to extend the "percentage gain" field of my portfolio tracking program by an extra digit to accommodate MVIS gains.

Until now, two digits were sufficient to display my gains and losses. Having fixed this M2C problem, I'm wondering whether my portfolio program will handle 4 digits or 5, or I'll have to change to another one.
