Amy "Santa Cruz Median House Price $720,000 30.9% YOY" You may not know this but at one time very long ago (<1980) Intel was going to move their operation over to Santa Cruz but the local government was extremely hostile to greedy capitalist corporations and chose to embrace the homeless and drug addicts instead. I still have quite a bit of property there. How the dirtbags continue to afford to live there is a mystery to me.
