No, for the reason that those places are visited by millions and the modifications required by those millions are quite enough. Their value has been well established, in the case of Yellowstone, for well over 100 years. Their value exceeds the value of potential oil reserves under them. Oil drilling would change their form and function irrevocably.

ANWR is remote. Form and function would be unsullied by the tiny footprint of an oil facility. It would not change the enjoyment of ANWR by any but purists. The wildlife simply does not care and would not be affected.
