Hi Allan

Just off the phone with the company (ALAN) as I was curious about the sudden turnaround too. The RFP is not the only thing going on in Ohio..also, he said that something will come out of left field which would make us smile and say "where did THAT come from?". I assume it has something to do with the meeting on Mon. re: a partnership deal they are working on.

Of course this is speculation on my part, but stanger things have happened just about the time you are ready to throw your hands in the air. LOL
