Art, IMHO, I do not think it is in the best interest of the "long investors" to stop the the conversion at this point. We all know the MM have controlled the movement of this stock. The odds are very good that the preferred stock holders are tied into the MM. Our main objective is to secure the financing, get the equipment needed and start the rollouts. I personally do not care how much money the preferred stock holdlers or the MM make. You have to view this as a good opportunity to accumulate. Man, the advertising on Fox's network will not cost ACTV one cent. FMG
