I have 2 huge pots of corned beef going. We are having our annual St Patrick's Day dinner. Tonight there will be 8 for dinner. My table will look fabulous. I have a green table cloth, gold chargers, white china, shamrock name cards with green cloth napkins wrapped with a white carnation, and crystal goblets. I will put a dash of green food coloring in the wine. All around the table I have gold foil covered chocolate coins. I made a little gift for everyone. I happened to find a plot of 4-leaf clover (YES!, true 4-leaf clover) I had Gary cut me a bunch of 4" X 4" pieces of glass, placed 2 4-leaf clovers on the glass with a little verse on the bottom reading, One leaf is for Hope The second for Faith The third for Love and the fourth for Luck Next to the poem I put a pair of Irish shoes dancing in clover, placed another piece of glass over it then sealed the edges with sticky copper stripping (the kind you wrap glass edges with when you do stained glass.) HAPPY ST PATRICK'S DAY
