Well, I'm not sure what to call it when the Treasury borrows money at over 3.1% in huge six month bill auctions,
fms.treas.gov
and then turns around and loans it via TIOS to their dealers at 2.56%,
fms.treas.gov
just before the next auction? To me it's Ponzi scheme and is quite out in the open, and NOT especially hidden. I guess nobody cares if taxpayers are fleeced for Bully's benefit, as it's just doing corrupt business in America.
