I have a recipe for one of the BEST drinks. 2 parts Parrott Bay coconut Rum or any coconut rum 1 part Midori 1 part Kiki Beach Lime liquor 1 part pineapple juice. Pour over ice in a shaker, shake well. Pour in frozen martini glasses. (Frozen martini glasses - wet martini glasses, inside and out and leave a tiny bit of water in bottom of glass. Freeze) Garnish with pineapple, cherry and umbrella. Don't forget this has a ton of liquor in it and it is easy to get carried away, they are so yummy.
