does not equal

"everyone must be treated equally".

If it did you would have to let two year olds drink, join the army and run for president. Even if you limited it to adults 18 year olds would have to be able to do all of those things and also run for president.


Really? Read the amendment again. If you still think it doesn't require that the laws be applied equally to people, then don't bother to post back. It will mean that you've taken a stupid pill and can not discuss this subject logically.
