I don't know what to say about the berries, Ish. Try organic berries grown and processed in the U.S. next time. They are less likely to be contaminated.

I'm glad you don't drink much milk. Milk causes asthma, heart disease, juvenile and adult-onset diabetes, osteoporosis, and women who drink milk have higher rates of breast and ovarian cancer as well (I guess you don't have to worry about that, though). I hope Mrs. Ish doesn't drink much milk, either!
