Sandi, I'm not sure but I think that SI_Jeff thought that Robin (Ga_Peach) and I were the same even though both accounts cost $200, one on my credit card and one on Robins, $400 total and two different computers. SI_Jeff was not very good at thinking, which is a fact. A long story short, my wife has a very low tolerance for very bad customer service like she experienced from SI so she just said F-SI and walked away from the thread. She will not come back so there is no reason to push the issue. I thought you deserved an answer and you have my permission to post it on her old thread if you wish.
