I bet those Gyrenes could run that bayonet right up the Air Force's you-know-what. Great story! When I lived in Juneau, I saw and talked to a Marine and watched him take off and land his Harrier. It is awesome! He could fly that thing straight up! They have to be careful where they land because they can burn a hole in the ground if they're not careful. YOu should watch "The Great Santini" with Robert Duvall. It's an old movie, but shows what a Marine pilot is made of.
