That article was HOOEY. The plan right from the start was to get the Iraqi oil production and distribution up to snuff so that proceeds from it could aid in the reconstruction of Iraq and also in the Worlds energy supply. PERIOD. There never was, and never will be any plan to steal or otherwise takeover the Iraqi oil from the people of Iraq. The only deviation from the plan is the damn terrorists have made it far more difficult to obtain optimimum oil production. jdn
