The bold font is emphasis that I added since I have to be cognizant of your stunted capacity when it comes to basic comprehension. The reason I cannot post the actual link is that for some reason, it seems to get truncated when I post it on SI. It is clear that your knowledge of Pakistan is rudimentary - if that - so be aware that Dawn is considered to be the premier publication in Pakistan. Leaving aside all of the above, simple common-sense should have suggested to you that Rice is unlikely to have said that Pakistan IS a model for other Muslim nations to emulate based on the state of affairs that exists in Pakistan today.
