the risks i see are:

1. dilution.
2. country risk - increased royalties or nationalization.
3. china slow-down/implosion.
4. copper price correction.

it is medium to high risk, in my opinion. incidence of (3) and (4) are likely at some point, but temporary phenomena.

short term, i like the chart.
